Private Gatherings on the Yakima River

Yakima River Club is a secluded riverfront property designed for small, intentional gatherings. With multiple cabins spread across the property, it is well suited for retreats, celebrations, and group stays that value privacy, nature, and a slower pace.

Events at Yakima River Club are limited and curated. Our goal is to host gatherings that align with the spirit of the place and respect the surrounding environment.

Types of Gatherings We Host

Yakima River Club is a good fit for:

  • Wellness retreats and yoga gatherings

  • Team offsites and creative retreats

  • Family reunions and milestone celebrations

  • Workshops and intimate group experiences

We do not host large parties, public events, or late night celebrations.

Pricing

Lodging and Buyouts

Events require booking multiple cabins or a full property buyout, depending on the size and nature of the gathering.

  • A two night minimum stay is required for all events

  • Weddings, retreats, and larger gatherings require a full property buyout

  • Standard nightly lodging rates apply

We are happy to walk through the best configuration for your group.

Event Fee

In addition to lodging, all approved events require an event fee.

The event fee accounts for:

  • Use of the property beyond standard overnight lodging

  • Additional coordination and preparation

  • Increased wear on the property

Event fees vary based on guest count, duration, and type of gathering.

Event fees are non refundable and are paid separately from lodging.
