Yakima River Club History
Located in Easton, Washington, this 200 plus acre property along the Upper Yakima River was purchased from the Runacres family, who had long stewarded the land as a private gathering place for family retreats. The property includes five cabins spread across open meadows and forest, along the banks of the Yakima River.
Our team was drawn to the property’s expansive river frontage, open meadowland, and intact forest, along with its connection to the Snoqualmie Valley and the outdoor enthusiasts we serve. The land offers both scale and privacy while remaining accessible from Seattle and nearby mountain towns. For years, we have worked throughout the Snoqualmie Valley, investing in places like Snoqualmie Pass and building projects rooted in outdoor culture, community, and long term care of the region.
Yakima River Club grew out of that commitment. Rather than redefining the property, the Club builds on its original layout by providing a shared framework for retreat, gathering, and stewardship. Our work focused on breathing new life into the existing cabins and infrastructure, improving comfort and durability while preserving the landscape as it was found.
Wellness was integrated as a natural extension of life on the river. Through our shared passion for the outdoors, we have partnered with Redwood Outdoors to provide a world class sauna, and cold plunge experience. In addition we partnered with Hest to bring a restorative sleep element to support recovery after time spent outside. Today, Yakima River Club provides a restorative retreat to connect with the outdoors through the lens of evolution projects and our Brand Partners Redwood Outdoors and Hest.
